Philippe brings 20+ years of construction and operational leadership experience, including service as a Royal Engineer in the British Army and as a Watch Manger within the Essex Fire Service.

He specialises in programme control, contractor management and disciplined delivery across complex projects. Calm under pressure and decisive in execution, he keeps projects moving, manages risk in real time and protects both timelines and returns.

From initial appraisal through to final sign-off, Philippe is focused on one thing, delivering homes to a standard he’d be proud to own. As an early property investor, he brings a long-term, asset-focused mindset, combining operational rigour with disciplined capital deployment.

With over 12 years’ experience in live construction environments, Tarnia’s background spans Quantity Surveying (BSc Hons), estimating and project management.

She specialises in groundworks, substructure and infrastructure cost risk, with a core strength in early-stage cost interrogation and abnormal cost analysis. Her involvement runs from initial feasibility through to final account, ensuring financial clarity at every stage.

Operating with a disciplined, commercially protective approach, she focuses on conservative underwriting and margin protection, identifying potential financial exposure before acquisition. Having acquired her first property asset, with Philippe. at age 19. Tarnia brings an asset-focused investment mindset, ensuring projects are structured, costed and delivered to withstand scrutiny.
