BACKGROUND

With almost 30 years experience in the construction industry, Greg originally trained as a quantity surveyor but has subsequently developed his career into all aspects of a commercial department including estimating, material buying, development valuations, as well as branching into design coordination and project management.

Greg specialises in the day-to-day running of development projects predominantly in the bespoke housebuilding sector, but he's had experience with commercial builds, student accommodation and has also worked with a number of trade contractors to help them secure future workload.

He prides himself on providing accurate forecasting, and believes that to deliver bespoke projects successfully a keen eye for detail is required at all stages from design through to construction.
