COMPANY BACKGROUND

Kelly brings over 30 years of experience across architecture, interior design, styling and property, with a background rooted in both creativity and practical project delivery.

With a degree in Architectural Studies from Oxford Brookes University and early experience in architectural practice, she developed a deep understanding of how spaces function and how projects move from concept through to completion encompassing planning, technical coordination, tender stages, contractor and client liaison and site delivery. That grounding gave her a strong foundation before she transitioned into interior design, where she found her real passion: shaping how spaces are experienced and how they make people feel.

Her work has spanned private residential projects, including new builds and refurbishments, show homes for leading house builders, lifestyle-led interiors, and bespoke interior projects across hospitality and education, including several University of Cambridge colleges. Within these projects she has delivered concept design, space planning, kitchen and bathroom specifications, finishes, fixtures and furnishings, sourcing and final styling. Having also designed, styled and run her own boutique holiday accommodation in France, she witnessed firsthand how thoughtful interiors influence the way people experience a space and the lasting impression it creates.

Known for her strong eye for detail and natural flair for colour, texture and curation, Kelly creates interiors that feel elevated whilst remaining functional and easy to live in. She has a particular interest in wellbeing-led design, biophilic principles and creating spaces that feel calm, considered and supportive of the people who use them.

In a commercial context, she believes great design does more than look beautiful; it helps people immediately see the full potential of a space, strengthens buyer connection and supports stronger sale values. Whether through a show home, refurbishment or development project, she sees interior design as an investment in both lifestyle and long-term value.

Kelly is also a property investor and business owner, which gives her a direct understanding of how thoughtful design supports both the emotional and financial value of property.

She has a long-standing appreciation of art, travel, food, photography and nature, and her love of film is complemented by a different form of creative expression as a background artist in television and film productions.
